Once we’ve discussed your pooch in a little detail and BB’s owner Beth has come to meet you, we’ll send you our client acceptance form. We have an introductory system in place to not only ensure your furbaby isn’t overwhelmed but to make sure they work well with the whole pack. Check out our services or enquire to find out more. 

Currently we offer our dog walking services in Elanora Heights, East Mona Vale, Hornsby, Ingleside, Lindfield, Manly, Mount Colah, Naremburn, Northbridge, North Turramurra, Pymble, Queenscliff, Roseville, St Ives, Terrey Hills, Turramurra, Waitara, and Wahroonga. We offer our Housesitting services across Sydney and the Central Coast with our team of Housesitters. 

We have an automated system that will invoice you each fortnight. However if you are not a pack play member and a housesit customer instead, a 25% booking deposit will be required and the final invoice will be sent on the last day of your housesit with 7 days to pay before the risk of late fees. 

After trialing boarding at the end of 2021, it became clear to us that the experience is stressful for the dogs. It takes days for them to settle and sometimes, that’s their whole time away. We realised that our furry friends are much more comfortable if they’re at their home, staying in their own space with their more-or-less routine which is why we’ve grown a large team of trusted housesitters. We only offer in-home boarding to our pack play members who may have the option to stay at their primary handler’s house. 

For your dog to qualify being a pack play member, they must complete their induction and must go on our repeat schedule attending a minimum of 2 outings per fortnight. 

Our pack plays are held at our private dog park in Ingleside. If you would rather a more intimate and quiet outing, depending on your location we will go to local bush walks, trained street walks or find a spot with water as we know most dogs love to get their paws wet!

Our dogs have shown us they love the rain and wet weather. Their zoomies are 10x faster and energy much higher, so how could we cancel and take that away from them?! The day may run a little slower with the slower driving or towel drying and shampooing. If your pooch doesn’t like the rain and refuses to walk, we can swap your service to a visit to ensure they get the companionship and toilet break needed. 

We love our small pooches!! After experiencing dog parks for years on Sydney’s North Shore and seeing a lot of our little furry friends fear, we only take the littlest who love the big dogs. We’ve also created this space to protect our smaller breeds - we’re more scared of them being smushed than attacked! If you do have a small but confident and playful pooch, we can still trial them. However if you have a small breed who needs descensitising to big breeds, we offer that service in our Adventures. Maybe one day we’ll have BB’s Big Hearts as it would be amazing to have a pack of small puppers too.
